Robert Michael to succeed Gonzalez as Abbvie’s chair

Abbvie Inc. (NYSE:ABBV) CEO Robert Michael will succeed Richard Gonzalez as chairman on July 1. Gonzalez, who is retiring, became Abbvie’s chairman and CEO in 2013, handing off the CEO role to Michael last year.
