DeKalb has appealed an injunction issued by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina that would limit the quantity of Roundup Ready corn that DeKalb can sell in the 2000 growing season. The injunction was requested by Rhone Poulenc Agrochemie (now Aventis CropScience) under the companies' 1997 litigation. ...
