Ixiaro regulatory update

EMA's CHMP said Intercell recalled batch JEV09L37 of Japanese encephalitis (JE) vaccine Ixiaro because the batch may be less potent than expected and may not induce a full, protective immune response. The committee recommended revaccination in individuals who had received 1 or 2 doses from the batch, which has been used in France, Italy, Spain and the U.K. Additionally, CHMP said further potency testing of other batches of Ixiaro is being conducted. ...
