RMP-7 data

ALKS (Cambridge, Mass.) announced that data from eight patients with malignant glioma, presented at the Cerebral Vascular Biology Conference in Paris, showed enhanced tumor permeability, especially at the periphery.

The data, collected by fast computed tomography imaging, suggest that RMP-7 can enhance drug delivery to the region in which the tumor is infiltrating into normal brain tissue. The permeability change was not seen in normal tissue. ...
