Briakinumab: Phase III data

The double-blind Phase III M10-114 trial in 347 patients showed that briakinumab met the co-primary endpoint of a significantly greater proportion of patients achieving a PASI 75 response at week 12 vs. both Enbrel etanercept and placebo (81.9% vs. 56% and 7.4%, respectively; p<0.001 for both). Briakinumab also met the co-primary endpoint of a significantly greater proportion of patients with a PGA score of 0 or 1 at week 12 vs. both Enbrel and placebo (71% vs. 39.7% and 2.9%, respectively; p<0.001 for both). ...
