Recombinant IFNE for ovarian cancer

Administration of recombinant IFNE, a cytokine expressed in the female reproductive tract epithelium, could help treat ovarian cancer by promoting apoptosis and inhibiting proliferation of tumor cells, and by activating tumor-targeting immune cells, such as CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and natural killer cells.
