A trivalent nanoparticle vaccine for Merbecoviruses and Sarbecoviruses

A trivalent sortase-conjugate nanoparticle (scNP) vaccine containing spike protein receptor binding domains from SARS-CoV-2, SARS-related bat-CoV RsSHC014, and MERS-CoV could help protect against Sarbecovirus and Merbecovirus infections by inducing neutralizing antibodies.
