BCMAxCD24 CAR T cells for multiple myeloma

CAR T cells targeting both the myeloma cell antigen BCMA and the stem-like marker and innate immune checkpoint CD24, which acts as a “don’t eat me” signal, could help treat multiple myeloma by increasing macrophage clearance of myeloma cells.
