Inhibiting TAK1 for CAR T cell-induced neurotoxicity

Inhibiting TAK1, a pro-inflammatory kinase activated by cytokines, could help treat neurotoxicity after CAR T cell treatment by inhibiting microglial  activation and subsequent neurocognitive defects.
