Peptide blockade of YTHDF3 palmitoylation for pancreatic cancer

A cell-penetrating peptide blocking palmitoylation of YTHDF3 — an RNA-binding protein that reads m6A modifications — by the enzyme ZDHHC20, which is induced downstream of mutant KRAS signaling, could help treat pancreatic cancer by decreasing MYC translation.
